Dr. Keh-Ching (Kurt) Huang
Chief Strategy Officer
PhD in EE, Purdue U. More than 25 years experience in the semiconductor industry. Senior RD and management positions in TSMC, UMC, GUC, Faraday and ITRI with 30 patents.

David Wang
AMD Senior VP of GPU Technologies & Engineering. With Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Electrical Engineering. He has been overseeing GPU development and SoC engineering with 30+ years in graphics and silicon engineering. Former roles at Synaptics, ATI, and Silicon Graphics.
Prof. David Huang
Professor at National Tsing Hua University, PhD in EE from UC Santa Barbara. Expertise in VLSI design, automation, testing, formal verification, power estimation, and nanometer SRAM design. Focuses on all-digital timing circuits for 3D-IC reliability.
Terry Tsao
CMO of SEMI Global and Taiwan CEO, He drives semiconductor industry growth through policy initiatives, industry-government collaborations, and talent development. Holds an MBA from the City University of New York and an EMBA from National Taiwan University.
